The DNA Dilemma: ICE's Vast Collection of Genetic Data Raises Alarms Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has collected nearly a million DNA samples this year alone, including those of young children.

This alarming development is part of a broader pattern of government overreach and disregard for individual privacy.

According to internal training materials obtained by researchers at Georgetown University, asylum seekers and refugees who haven't adjusted their immigration status are automatically required to provide DNA samples upon arrest.
